Today was sortof weird. I wasn't hungry enough to eat my Reese's Puffs, so i just drank the milk. I picked to research the lives of Hans and Sophie Scholl in German for a celebrity project, who were siblings who led a resistance against Adolf Hitler. I also picked them because the brother looks JUST like the singer from Arcade Fire. My friend Kim picked Tokio Hotel, her favorite band. Man, i should've done Eric Carle! I wanted to write about him, but i thought he just had German heritage, and wasn't on topic enough, but now that i think of it, it was worth it. I also went back in Computer Tech to my dimwitted teacher in Recap, after i had accidentally erased my whole project, and she said she could restore it some how. But i will miss the work i did on it this week. Oh well. Unfortunately, i left my glasses there and only realized it walking halfway home, right after briefly walking and talking with Kim. I stopped, sighed, thought, and moved onwards. I told my dad. He just thought i could get them Monday. My mother didn't exactly share the same thoughts, so we drove back to school. Being in school after hours is weird, like you're in that dream where you're in school in the middle of summer. I just casually walked in to the lady's room, scaring the skin off the woman. I awkwardly assessed my problem, solved it, and ran out of the school. My dad agrees to drive me to Nifty-Fifty's next Friday when i have off. I went there a couple years back, only to drink a tasteless 'Cotton Candy' drink and an oddly delicious hot dog. It was fun, and i just remembered that day not too long ago, so i decided i should ask him about it. So there. I wish i lived near Kim. She lives near no one, she lives near these big beautiful fields with trees and forests. It's so beautiful. If i lived there, i'd be outside all day. I'll just bring a big cardboard box and some Ritz crackers and live in her back yard. Man, these school days go by so fast recently. And now, i believe it is time to confess something. It's the weekend.

  1. Being in school after hours isn't that weird for me, seeing as how I used to stay in school for hours until cheer or spring show practice. I usually hide in the bathroom so I'm not caught by the janitors or teachers. I just think that after 6 laps around the first floor some people may get suspicious. Unfortunately, the practices didn't usually start until around 4:30 or 5. So I also walked outside. It was fun; I pretended like I was in some sort of adventure movie. I used my bookbag to prop open a door or two when I didn't want to get locked out. My house is at the bottom of a hill, which is also a culdesac. It's quiet, because the neighbors have either moved out, died, or are still there, but in their 80's or 90's. It's near the woods too, which makes it more fun because there's more animals like deer. I also gave a name to this groundhog that lives under our house. My mom wants him gone, but I think it's nice. He never ate any of the food from the garden, and he never goes as far out as the hammock. It's really calm and cool. Just the way I like it.
