Where the Wild Things Blog. Here.
I'm going to Virginia this weekend. Woo. I don't get to hang out at Kim's, but i get to see Where The Wild Things Are on Monday with my sister and brother! That looks like such a good movie. I remember being read that book in Art class. Go figure. I think we even made our own Wild Things. Mine were strange, but hey, i was in 3rd grade. Today we had Mayor candidates do debates in our school about improving Phoenixville. They weren't that different, besides one being Democrat and one being Republican. The Republican sang a strange, off-rhythm song that i couldn't quite hear to the perpetual clapping of the audience, which was also off-rhythm. Either way, it was sortof boring. Leo Scoda's kindof weird. After the other Mayor dude sang his song, Leo Scoda said, "And that's another reason why you should vote for me." Some students "Oooooohh" 'ed with approval. Haha. So i like two songs by my brother's favorite band, Say Anything. Besides those two, the band sucks. The singer sings too dramatically, it's sortof annoying. I got my student ID card and my computer tech randomly gave me a good grade for my powerpoint today, despite me accidentally erasing it. Mom's cleaning and going somewhere and my dad's watching Tv.

Choking On A Mouthful Of Lost Blogs.
As i forgot to mention last time, i totally forgot what i did at Kim's house yesterday! Well, i do remember most of it, but some was just a blur because we were talking so much. I even sortof a little bit forget what Kim looks like, for Pete's sake! It went by so fast, which means i had fun, i guess. But, now that i think about it, it seems like i wasn't having so much fun. I know i did have fun before, it's just that it doesn't seem like it anymore. And it even feels like Kim didn't really care about me yesterday, but i know she did! Hmm...turn the clock for me please.
Blog Trapped In A Jar
Once again, today i half-woke up to the loud noises of my iPod's music still playing after i had slept. I re-affixed the headphones to my ears and searched for a better song without success, so i threw my headphones off the bed. I saw the bright morning sun burning through my shades and onto my bed, which i always love to see, and the abnormally tranquil dust that floats around in the suns light, exposed. I woke up around 11 AM and saw my sister, as usual, sleeping on the couch, accompanied by the big black thing that is my dog Starr. I ate some dark chocolate my mom got me and drank the rest of this 2 liter of Coke. Can you blame me? It was dark chocolate!!

Field Of Blogs.
Today, i accidentally woke up early, around 10 AM. But, considering i was supposed to be woken up by my dad at 11, it was acceptable. But i squirmed there in my comfortable blanket, trying to stay awake. Eventually, i got up and logged on to facebook. You see, today, i was going over Kim's house. It took a while, but she got on, and we discussed the details of the event, and when her dad got home, they left for my house. I was super nervous because i had only started talking to Kim about 4 days ago. I was shakily checking out the window, waiting for some car to come. This blue van beeped at my house, but then went in reverse up another street and left. That was extremely misleading. Then, this other green van drives up, so i run out. At first, i didn't know which door to go in on the van, which was embarrassing, but hey, i got it. I politely moved a toy phone out of the way and stepped in. I was more polite than i had ever been to her dad, i was proud. So, we went all these different weird ways until we eventually came to a dark rock road with hundreds of trees, which i liked. Kim's whole neighborhood is beautiful. Trees everywhere you look, big fields filled with sunlight, and more trees. We talked so much that everything went by really fast. All i remember is 1. Walking In Fields 2. Video Games 3. Back yard 4. Walking in Fields 5. Dinner. But it was a really fun day. Her sister's didn't pay much attention to me, except for the four-year old. Haha. But i don't blame them. I could've written a Bible about Kim after we talked that long. We had a delicious dinner of Mac & Cheese and watched a thriller movie. Their dog sniffed me in all the wrong places. Haha. So now i've gotten to know Kim more. Yay. REALLY FUN DAY. I am glad i didn't chicken out on this. Alize sent Kim a rude message about "Stealing her man". Haha. I'm getting a cold, finally. Haha, everyone has had it 'cept me. I also got these clam-shaped seeds all over me an they don't come off easily. But, again, I still had a lot of fun. Wunderbar Tage.

Get Your Cotton Candy and Hot Blogs here!
Today was sortof weird. I wasn't hungry enough to eat my Reese's Puffs, so i just drank the milk. I picked to research the lives of Hans and Sophie Scholl in German for a celebrity project, who were siblings who led a resistance against Adolf Hitler. I also picked them because the brother looks JUST like the singer from Arcade Fire. My friend Kim picked Tokio Hotel, her favorite band. Man, i should've done Eric Carle! I wanted to write about him, but i thought he just had German heritage, and wasn't on topic enough, but now that i think of it, it was worth it. I also went back in Computer Tech to my dimwitted teacher in Recap, after i had accidentally erased my whole project, and she said she could restore it some how. But i will miss the work i did on it this week. Oh well. Unfortunately, i left my glasses there and only realized it walking halfway home, right after briefly walking and talking with Kim. I stopped, sighed, thought, and moved onwards. I told my dad. He just thought i could get them Monday. My mother didn't exactly share the same thoughts, so we drove back to school. Being in school after hours is weird, like you're in that dream where you're in school in the middle of summer. I just casually walked in to the lady's room, scaring the skin off the woman. I awkwardly assessed my problem, solved it, and ran out of the school. My dad agrees to drive me to Nifty-Fifty's next Friday when i have off. I went there a couple years back, only to drink a tasteless 'Cotton Candy' drink and an oddly delicious hot dog. It was fun, and i just remembered that day not too long ago, so i decided i should ask him about it. So there. I wish i lived near Kim. She lives near no one, she lives near these big beautiful fields with trees and forests. It's so beautiful. If i lived there, i'd be outside all day. I'll just bring a big cardboard box and some Ritz crackers and live in her back yard. Man, these school days go by so fast recently. And now, i believe it is time to confess something. It's the weekend.

We Won't Be Sleepin' In our Autumn Blogs.
So, today i came home and had some Nutella on a piece of bread. That stuff's good. It's a Swiss bread spread (Get it?) that is made of Hazelnuts and Cocoa. I also had soda. Anywho, most of my blog titles are Modest Mouse puns, if you were wondering. This one in particular is from a lyric - "We won't be sleepin' in our Autumn Beds!", which fit perfectly for the time being - Autumn. I took some pictures of myself today for facebook, because the mask one was getting creepy. Man, it was so windy today! I loved it! Wind is my favorite thing. Especially when it's sunny out. I stood on a recycling bin today. H Congratulations! You've found the secret message?

Expensive Swedish Chocolate.
Today, in German class, we were handed these slips of paper with questions on them about the Pennsylvania Dutch. I answered most of them pretty easily. We all put them in the bucket and the teacher shook it all up. One, i had to guess. It was the percentage of people in PA with German heritage. There also was one that a kid knew and he shared with the class. Turns out that the Pennsylvania Dutch aren't Dutch. Go figure! They are actually from Germany. When they settled here, they said, "We Come From DeutschLand". (Germany). The Americans thought DeutschLand meant DutchLand, therefore they named them the Dutch. Yeah. So at the end of the day, my homeroom teacher, who happens to be the German teacher, asked me to draw the slips. I drew a billion before a picked a perfect one. It wasn't me. But then, another kid came over and asked if he could draw names with me. So, the first one he picked was mine. And it was perfect. The German teacher reached into her stash of random German-related stuff in the cabinet, and gave me this triangular chocolate bar in this cardboard gold box. Apparently, it's Swiss Chocolate with honey and almond nougat. Pretty good stuff. I shared some with my familie, and had a piece myself. The bar looked like a first-grader's depiction of grass. They were little flat pyramid-shaped pieces all stuck together. It kindof hurt my teeth, though, or at least, the almond nougat did. I also drank out of a two-liter bottle of Pepsi and played my guitar.

Should I Blog or Should I Go?
My Aunt Anna May wants me to come with her to this church teen's event. I don't really want to go, i'm not really a social person. I don't like people i don't know. People i don't know don't like me. Mostly because i try and act cool. I try not to, but i can't help it with people i just met. It's annoying. I've had a boring day, sitting here on the computer. I was actually bored and lonely enough to ride my skateboard down the road and walk back. I feel real lonely today. Colton never answered his phone, and the others i have talked to haven't had much to say. Sigh. Also, the music i have listened to today has annoyed me, and hasn't made me feel better. I usually love Sundays. The weather, the Colton, the breakfast..but they have been boring sometimes..It's the calm before the storm of, dare i mention....SCHOOL.
Blogging While Friends Are Away
Colton and Mike (2) aren't answering their phones. Where are they? Anywho, i had tuna-on-toast this morning. It was messy, but delicious. It's ironic, i just somehow ended up on the song, "Wild Pack of Family Dogs" on iTunes, and that's the title base of my blog. It's actually off the live album i bought with great difficulty. I'm bored, sitting here. You know how it is. It's a perfectly nice day out, and Colton doesn't even care. He's probably out with his friend Dylan. Dylan curses a lot. I wish Mikezik (1) was here.
Mike (2) = Mike S. - Colton's friend.
Mike (1) = Mike M. - My brother.
Mike (2) = Mike S. - Colton's friend.
Mike (1) = Mike M. - My brother.

Highlight of the 'Dismal Day'.
Well, my wierd monster shirt came in the mail today. It's royal blue with a big yellow monster on it. The monster has white oval eyes, grey horns, and a badly drawn spikey mouth. Across it's chest, it says "Slay it With Flowers", which struck my fancy quite well. Yeah. Also, there was a ginormous moth in my house last night. Me and my mom didn't know what my sister meant when she said, "I let the mothman in!". But i knew very well what she meant when i went into the living room. It landed on the back of a photo frame. I forgot about it, and went to sleep. And then, today, i look around and, low and behold, he's still there, mounted behind the picture frame. Yeah. Well, i just let it out of the house once it landed on a little Halloween decoration. UGH! I can hardly breathe when my sister puts that hairspray on!!
A Dismal Day.
Since Colton was at a football game, and it was wet outside, i was stuck to the computer, drinking soda. I don't like doing that. But i did buy a Modest Mouse live album from 2004. The CD is rare, but you can buy the MP3's on iTunes. iTunes froze, so i shut down the darn thing and the downloading stopped. When i got back, i couldn't get the downloads that weren't put on my iTunes yet. 4 songs were lost. Luckily, there were 2 i didn't like, so i re-purchased the other 2 i liked and added another 5 dollar bill to my mom's purse. (She's the one with the credit card.) So that sucked. The day went by too fast, so i basically wasted a perfectly good Saturday. Then i watched Beatles music videos on VH1 Classic. My mom is still asleep, from not sleeping through the night and falling asleep at 9:30 AM. Ugh. I'm all alone in my house...well, practically. My mom and dog are asleep, so it makes me feel alone. And everything on TV puts me in a bad mood because it's stupid. My hair's really greasy from not taking a shower last night. Hey, it's the weekend, can you blame me? I also fell asleep without hardly noticing, so i didn't even think of a shower. So there. There's nothing i really feel like doing, which sucks. I want to ride a bike, but guess what? I DON'T HAVE ONE. So i blog.

The Autumn King Has Spoken!
Fall is DEFINITELY here. And i am so glad. I love Fall like a brother. It's nice breeze, the smell of the many dead leaves, the sun burning it's light through the hollow bodies of the brown leaves, the cold and calming weather, the silence and tranquility of no stupid people out in the nieghborhood because it's too cold outside, the earth-y colors decorating every doorstep, the pumpkins and apple cider, the sleepy sun too lazy to heat us but just nice enough to be as bright as it can be, the EVERYTHING!!! Even the Farmer's Daughter Market. Fall is my love. And it's here to stay...um, i think. Winter's also pretty awesome itself. The humid death of Mid-Spring and Summer just KILLS me. Although, i'd rather call it Autumn, because Fall is just too literal and less...um, smart, or intricate, or maybe even traditional. What stupid American thought, "Well...Leaves fall in this time of year...um...leaves..fall. FALL LEAVES! LEAVES FALL! IT'S GOING TO BE FALL!!" Idiot. Autumn makes everything seem 19th century and rural. Ich liebe Herbst.
Wendy's Is Worth Sleeping For.
Well, it was a wet morning...or night, as it felt. I wanted Wendy's last night, and my mom was going to get me some after she had slept. But when my dad came home, i fell asleep at like 9:00pm without even noticing. (I had a very tiring week). I woke p at 5am the next morning briefly, believing no hours had passed. The sky was slightly dark blue, so i thought, "Mom's asleep, it's early, i'll sleep until she wakes up and gets me Wendy's. They were false ideas, for it it was already pitch black out when i fell asleep, and mom was on the couch next to me at this time. Boy, was i off. I fell right back asleep and woke up at around 8am. I saw my mom with Iced Tea, wearing pajamas and her hair wet, like she had taken a shower. I was puzzled. The sky was bright white now, and i was confused out of my right mind. I asked her maniacally, "DID A DAY GO BY?!?!?". My mom replied with great gusto, "No, you just slept!". I was mad for not being able to get Wendy's. I was like, "Aww, man. I wanted Wendy's". She said, "Sorry, Luke. I owe you Wendy's." And so, she promised to take me today. I have a new, plain black hoodie with a little panda on the front, new, bright red, high top Chuck's, and new Converse glasses. I've always had a thing for girls in glasses. Alize (AH-LIH-ZAY) likes my new glasses. And i like her new hairstyle. You should listen to "Videotape" by Radiohead. What a beautiful song. Yeah, so i plan on making videos with my friend Colton and my 10th grade friend, Mike on Sunday. Colton's going to a Villanova game, woo-hoo. I have like 50 bucks lying around now. I have NO idea what i'm going to do with it. Maybe i'll change Colton's embarrassing middle name. Or maybe i'll spend it all on a fancy dinner with Aliz-..my mom...

Wake Up, It's Midnight!
Had a early yard sale today. I made nearly 40 bucks! Some guy bought a whole stack of my video games for 20 dollars. My brother wasn't happy about this, counting on that some of them were his. Eh, he lives in Philadelphia, what does he need with these games? Anyway, i guess you can't really phathm how bright my face was when i had the idea to 'advertise' our yard sale at 10:30 in the morning. I rode around the neighborhood many times, screaming, "Yard Sale!" on my friend's borrowed bike. So, there was this huge teddy bear being sold, and he was getting many views, so i took him around the neighborhood, riding with one hand. I was carrying his soft body in the other arm. So, this time, i yelled, in a ball-game seller guy's voice, "One dolla' Teddy Bea'!! Yard Sale!" There was even a band practicing outside, with drums, and i sung a little tune about our Yard Sale, while riding by. I don't think they appreciated that. I also don't think my advertising did very well. It was such a nice day, yet Colton insisted on hanging out AFTER it was pretty outside. However, i did hang out with him and his 10th grade friend, Mike, after a failed attempt at meeting them at Alfredo's. Let's just say by the time i saw them, they had BEEN to T.D.'s. At first, my stupid self showed off in front of this Mike, and i hated myself for it. I was acting all crazy, and rude, and things. But then i explained to him why i was acting that way, he explained that he did that to people he just met too, and we got along pretty well from there on in. We did many things. We met with Colton's brother(i know understand why Colton hates him so much), we saw a cat and called it's owner(they didn't answer), made a very unrehearsed video that was brought up by Mike and Colton(apparently it was a scene from something funny), and even drank Iced Tea. Overall, my day was awesome. All my aunt's were over to sell stuff, and i guess we did pretty well..but yeah. So, by the TV's light, i fell asleep after we hung out, around 6:30. I woke up at 12:30, unbeknownst to me, and watched as my mom half-slept and my dad flipped through the country music channels. I hated this music, and attempted to cleanse my brain with Modest Mouse music. It worked. Even after i cringed at the sight of the clock on the computer.

Riding A Borrowed Bike.
My friend Colton and I were out one day. We had left to the high school field to have a football catch. And what proceeded is horrific. We did not have a catch, but just sat there at the fence and talked about life. It was much more fun to do, though. We never had a catch, and he walked home from the high school, which, apparently, isn't too far. Little did i know he had left his bike leaning up against my house. On the positive side, i got to ride his bike whenever i wanted until he came and got it (which hasn't even happened yet), and on the negative side, it had completely flat tires. Today, i was helping my dad do God-knows-what with his car, and i see the bike, leaning on the vine-entangled wall of the side of my house, looking at my square in the eye. Then, i thought,"Wait. That's a bike. I like riding it. Colton's not here!" So i got on the blasted thing, with the right handlebar bent so low it nearly touched my knee, and rode it to my heart's content. Then i stopped. Then i rode it again. Then i stopped. Then repeated this process many times, until i ended the ride with a nice breezy ride down a tiny hill. 'Twas then i realized it REALLY needed tire air. So tonight, i'm hopefully taking it to my Uncle's to pump the darn thing up. One, because it's nice for Colton to have a freshly air-filled bike, and two, because i get to ride it, and when he gets a new one, i get it!! There's a yard sale tomorrow morning. I hope my mom's signs were noticeable enough. This is, by far, our must publicized yard sale the town has ever known. There is junk spots all around the house, where many objects, such as glasses, my stuff, our stuff, more glasses have been lazily deposited. Just kidding. They weren't lazily placed. I hope to hang out with Colton again, tomorrow. I also hope my blog has been satisfiable as you would've liked. You, meaning the one or two people who will read this. Dankeschon, und Gutennacht.
